LexX Technologies are excited to share that we have been chosen as one of the Top 100 International Startups of 2019 by Start Up Energy Transition, as part of their 2019 SET Awards competition.
Start Up Energy Transition (SET) is an international platform supporting innovation in energy transition. It is comprised of the annual SET Award and SET Tech Festival. The initiative brings together the most outstanding international start-ups in the field of energy together with key stakeholders in the energy sector. Each year, SET selects 100 organisations which provide the most innovative energy solutions and business models that will impact the future of the energy industry.
LexX was chosen out of the nearly 450 applicants from across 80 countries, to be a part of this list of innovative and game changing solutions.
Secretary General and CEO of the World Energy Council, Dr. Christoph Frei, has said of the current state of energy, “The energy world is undergoing a Grand Transition driven by a combination of factors. The fast-paced development of new technologies, an unstoppable digital revolution, as well as global environmental challenges, present innovation opportunities…That is why we need to empower the entrepreneurs of tomorrow and why we support the entrepreneurs of today”.
As part of this iniative, LexX Technologies have been invited to take part in the 24th World Energy Conference in Abu Dhabi, later on this year.
